Simple, independent, and on your side. We do not do repairs, so there is nothing to sell you. Our only job is to find what is wrong.
Tell us the address, number of bedrooms and your completion date. We fit around your builder's access, usually just before completion or in your first weeks.
A careful walk through every room, the loft, the outside and the garden. Doors, windows, finishes, sealant, plumbing, electrics, roof line, paving and drainage.
Within 48 hours, a clear report with a photo and location for every snag. Send it to the builder's customer care team and they work through it.

Re-inspection £150. Once the builder says the snags are fixed, we come back and check every item on the list has been done properly.

Shane Leonce has spent 23 years in construction, ten on the tools as a carpenter and thirteen as a site manager running the sites that build and hand over new homes. He knows where the shortcuts get taken because he has seen it from the builder's side.

Ideally just before completion, so the builder can fix things before you move in. If you have already moved in, it is still well worth doing in the first weeks while the builder's own fix period is running.
No, and that is the point. We are independent. We find and record the faults, and your builder fixes them at their own cost. With nothing to sell you, you get an honest list.
Most builders allow an independent snagging inspection before completion. Ask your sales advisor to arrange access, or we can help you word the request.
Usually one to two hours depending on the size of the home. You are welcome to be there and walk round with us.
